Abstract submission
Abstracts
must be submitted electronically stating your preference (see select buttom below) if any for oral or
poster presentation. Remember all oral presentations will be selected
by members of the Scientific Committee from the list of submitted
abstracts. To this respect we encourage you to utilize scientific materials not yet published.
Status
(oral/poster) of abstracts will be posted on the web site. You will
not be personally notified whether your abstract has been selected
for oral presentation or retained for a poster. We thus encourage you
to consult the website.
Abstracts for oral and poster presentation must be submitted by February 15th.
Notification
oral/poster presentation will be made by March 21st.
Please
name the abstract file by the PRESENTER’S LAST NAME ( e.g.
Smith_JS)
In the event of more than 1 abstract, please number them (Smith_JS(1) ; Smith_JS(2)) and repeat the abstract submission process.
Abstract
should be not more than 300 words (excluding title, author list and
addresses)
Abstract
title should appear in bold and capital letters (Arial police size
12)
List
the authors and their affiliation (Arial 11) directly under the
title. Please underline the name of presenter.
Arial
police size 11 should be used for the text.
Posters
should fit within 1.22m (in width) and 1.50m (in height).
Supplies
for hanging posters will be provided in the poster room (Lamennais
room). Note that the poster area is equipped with wireless internet
access allowing demo software and website provide your bring your own
computer equipped with wireless access.
